Louise Rodarmel

Louise M. Rodarmel, 80, of Nevada City died Saturday, Feb. 18, in Nevada City.

No services are planned at this time.

Mrs. Rodarmel was born Dec. 26, 1925, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Harry and Florence (Knapp) Thompson. She graduated high school and nursing school at Long Beach. She married Leroy Rodarmel on April 22, 1959, in Newport, R.I. She worked as a LVN at Memorial Hospital and Los Alamos Hospital. She was a member of the VFW Womens Auxiliary. She enjoyed rides in the country, camping, gardening, animals, traveling and visiting with friends

She is survived by her husband, Leroy Rodarmel of Nevada City; son, Robert Thompson of Montana; sister, Betty Hoffman of Montana; nephew, Jason Rodarmel of Nevada City; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the North San Juan Fire Department.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper & Weaver Mortuary.
