Lots of laughs Saturday at Holbrooke’s ‘Comedy Night’

Funnyman Rick Pulido returns to headline “Comedy Night” Saturday at the Holbrooke Hotel’s Irondoor Comedy Club, 212 West Main St., Grass Valley.

A veteran writer for Jay Leno and regular on the “Que Locos Comedy Hour,” Pulido has been performing standup comedy for over 15 years in comedy clubs across the U.S.

Joining him will be Jimmy Turner. Remember the fat kid you use to beat up in high school? Well, he remembers YOU and is returning the favor by hitting you with a one-two punch of funny. Turner brings his life experiences as a nerd and the humor-filled dork stories he’s earned to the stage in clubs all over America.

Doors open at 8:30 p.m., and the fun starts at 9. Tickets are $10. Call Misfit Television at 263-4544 for tickets and reservations.

The show is rated PG-13.
