Lost at Last will find its way to Grass Valley again Saturday.

The techno world band returns to Center for the Arts at 8 p.m. Lost at Last was first here in October for a KVMR nightLIVE.

The group combines traditional ethnic stringed instrumentation with a cutting-edge techno sound from keyboards and electronic sequences composed on a computer.

Originals often incorporate chants from several cultures, including American Indian, Hindu and Sufi.

Band members are from around the world. Om is from Johannesburg, South Africa; Jaya Lakshmi is part American Indian; lead instrumentalist Deva Priyo is a native of Sicily. The three founded Lost at Last in 1997.

Other members include drummer Bene Dasilva from Brazil; bassist Timi Marshall from Guyana; tabla master Daniel Paul from Maui; and percussionist Noah Mosgofian from the Bay Area.

The $15 tickets are at Foggy Mountain Music, BriarPatch, Herb Shop Records and the door.

The center is at 314 W. Main St. Call 274-8384 for more information.
