Free class to address cleanses tonight

Detox 101, a free workshop aimed at educating people about cleanses, diet and lifestyle, will be offered today from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Nirvana Wellness, 419 Broad St., Nevada City.

Participants will learn:

• the four simple steps to a successful cleanse

why one would want to detox in the first place

the different types of detoxes

how the detox will make a person feel

how to design a cleanse according to your constitution

The class is aimed at those who know little about detoxing but are curious, those who love detoxing but just can’t do it on their own, those who want to improve their diet but don’t know where to start, those who want a supportive group, those who are exhausted and would love more sustainable energy and those with “bad” food habits and who want to get a grip on them.
