Wells Fargo donates $18,000 in grants to local nonprofits

Wells Fargo Bank donated more than $18,000 to four community organizations in Grass Valley last year, the bank announced Wednesday. The grants went to AnimalSave, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Community Recovery Resources and the Grass Valley School District.

The bank contributed a total of $2.5 million in 2004 to a variety of educational, health, affordable housing, human services and arts programs in Northern California, according to a spokeswoman.
