Visually disabled gain from dinner

Sierra Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired’s fourth Abalone Feed will be June 22 at Higgins Lions Community Center near Lake of the Pines. Dinner will be served at 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.

The admission donation is $50 in advance of the event, and a raffle and door prizes will be awarded.



For those who don’t like seafood, barbecued ribs will be available. Dinner will include a baked potato, salad and bread, as well as ice cream for dessert. A free glass of wine or other beverage is provided, and Higgins Diggins Lions will tend bar.
