Universalist leader profiled

Tom E. Lewis will discuss “Rev. Hosea Ballou – Universalist Giant of the 19th Century” at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Unitarian Universalist Community of the Mountains, South Church and Walsh street, in Grass Valley.

Lewis is a recent graduate of Pacific School of Religion and has been a leader in the Humboldt Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. He will present the history of Ballou and deliver segments of the reverend’s famous sermons.
