Twin Cities to host fall festival

Twin Cities Church is once again hosting its annual Fall Family Festival on Halloween. The event goes from 5 to 8 p.m., Oct. 31.

This family friendly event offers lots of good old-fashioned games, such as miniature golf and skeet ball and many more. The prizes are candy and everyone wins. There are a variety of crafts to make in the Craft Zone. Kids can jump in the bounce houses or other large inflatables such as the Titanic, the Obstacle Course, the Giant Slide or the Fun House.

There is something for everyone, like the Grass Game Zone for the older kids and a special indoor Baby Play Area for the little ones. You also can experience a real hayride, pony ride or the Petting Zoo.

Hot air balloon rides return again this year, too.

Costumes are part of the fun, however they are not necessary. While roaming around the large outdoor site, you can enjoy music while devouring a reasonably priced barbecue cooked by the church’s Men’s Ministry. Admission is free and there is plenty of free parking at Scotten and Lyman Gilmore Schools with a continually running shuttle.

Twin Cities Church is located at 11726 Rough and Ready Highway in Grass Valley.
