The popular band and Celtic Festival favorites, The Elders, donated a trip to Ireland for one lucky person to join them on their annual tour there from Oct. 19-30.

James Robinson is that lucky person.

The tour includes round trip airfare from the New York area, 10 nights in five hotels, and fully escorted sightseeing on the trip.

KVMR’s 18th Annual Celtic Festival kicks off on Sept. 26 with the free Youth Arts Program and the Ceilidh (pronounced Kay-lee) in the evening.

Then Sept. 27-28, the Nevada County Fairgrounds will be transformed into the Celtic Festival and Marketplace.

Featured artists this year include Mary Jane Lamond and Wendy MacIsaac, Screaming Orphans, Nuala Kennedy, Runa, Hanz Araki Band, 1,000 Years at Sea, McLean Avenue Band, Tempest and 1916.
