The Tapestry Network is moving full steam ahead on breaking all the records and goals for giving back to local nonprofits.

Their November gathering, hosted at the Holbrooke Hotel, reached another goal. At the meeting, $1,473 was raised for the featured nonprofit, Anew Day.

This small group of dedicated women have been connected for less than two years, and each month they break new records for giving. In addition to the November event, the team divided up shifts to sell candy for a week for CASA, raising more than $2,000.

Today, there is a free mixer and fundraiser hosted at M3 Mall. Saturday, the ladies will be ringing bells for the Salvation Army at SPD in the Kmart center, and Dec. 12 they return to the Holbrooke to raise funds for HAALo.

More than $25,000 has been raised in the last two years by the members of The Tapestry Network of Nevada County.
