Monday-Wednesday

— On Interstate 80 in Nevada County, east of Truckee: Expect the fast lane closed east and westbound near West Boca from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Expect delays of five to 10 minutes.



— On Interstate 80 in Placer County from east of Gold Run to Nyack: Work continues on a $65 million project to rehabilitate the roadway. Estimated completion is summer 2003.




Monday-Thursday

— On Highway 49 from south of Auburn to Bear River in Placer County: Expect one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes from Cool to the Bear River Bridge from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Caltrans crews are doing routine maintenance along the roadway.

— On Interstate 80 west of Truckee: Expect various lane closures and delays of five to 10 minutes east and westbound at various locations from east of Emigrant Gap to the West Truckee Interchange from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Caltrans crews are doing routine maintenance along the roadway.

— On Interstate 80 east of Truckee: Expect a westbound lane closure and delays of five to 10 minutes from Floriston to the Nevada/Sierra county line from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Caltrans crews are scheduled to repair a rock fence.

— On Interstate 80 from west of Auburn to Gold Run: Expect various lane closures and delays of five minutes east and westbound between Newcastle and Gold Run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Caltrans crews are doing routine maintenance along the roadway.

Monday-Friday

— On Interstate 80 in Nevada County from just west of the Fiberboard undercrossing in the City of Truckee to the west end of the Truckee River Bridge: Work continues on an $86 million project to rehabilitate the roadway and replace the bridges between West Boca and Floriston. Estimated completion is winter 2004.

— On Interstate 80 (Gold Run): Expect various lane closures and delays of five to 10 minutes east and westbound between Alta and Nyack from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (until noon Friday).

— On Interstate 80 and Highways 267 and 89, in Nevada County in Truckee: Work has been suspended on a $33.5 million project to construct a two-lane expressway, better known as the Truckee Bypass. Estimated completion is summer 2002.

— On Highway 49, north of Nevada City: Expect one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes from Newtown Road to just south of Pleasant Valley Road from 8 a.m. to 3:30. Caltrans crews are cutting brush, repairing road shoulders and cleaning drains.

Wednesday

— On Interstate 80 on Wednesday in Truckee: Expect the slow lane to be closed and delays of five to 10 minutes east and westbound through Central Truckee from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. A bridge crew is taking core samples.
