Work continues next week on installation of underground utilities on Mill St. Between Chapel and Walsh streets. The area is closed to all trucks from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Weekdays. Motorists are advised to be alert to detours.

Today



• On Interstate 80 in Nevada County from just west of the Fibreboard undercrossing in Truckee to the Floriston Bridge over the Truckee River: Motorists can expect various lane closures east and westbound from east of the central Truckee Interchange to the Floriston Bridge to 8 a.m. Multiple work areas may cause cumulative delays of up to 45 minutes.

• On Highway 49 from north of Auburn to Cool: Expect one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes at various locations from south of the Bear River Bridge to the Highway 193 junction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Crews are doing routine maintenance.




• On Highway 49 in Sierra County: Expect one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes at various locations between the Yuba Pass Campground and Sattley from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Crews are doing routine maintenance.

• On Interstate 80 from west of Auburn to Gold Run: Expect various lane closures and delays of five to 10 minutes east and westbound at various locations between Newcastle and Gold Run from 8 a.m. to noon. Crews are sealing cracks in the roadway.

ª On Interstate 80 east of Colfax: Expect various lane closures and delays of up to five minutes east and westbound at various locations between Gold Run and the Yuba Gap from 8 a.m. to noon. Work crews are doing routine maintenance along the roadway.
