Red Hat Society hosts annual picnic

The Nevada County chapters of the Red Hat Society’s Second Annual Picnic in Memorial Park was a huge success with a total of 55 Red Hatters and one dashing prince in attendance. The chapters represented were the Sierra Sirens, Red Hat Hotties, Shadyladies, Razzle Dazzle Dames, Lady Bugs With Attitude, Wild Women of Wildwood, Testa Rosa, Drop Dead Gorgeous Mad Hatters, Wildcat Red Hats and Joie Rouge.

Kudos to Queen Carlotta Wixon who organized this fun event, which doubled in attendance this year and will continue to be a popular Red Hat happening.
