Police blotter: Zombies in house just a false alarm

Monday

10 a.m. — A woman from the 100 block of West Berryhill Drive reported the unauthorized use of her credit card after an online purchase.



2:38 p.m. — A caller from the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported panhandlers.

3:14 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported two men pushing full shopping carts.




3:48 p.m. — woman from the 400 block of Pine Street reported a man was drunk and had locked himself in her residence with her child. She was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.

4:58 p.m. — A caller from Memorial Park reported juveniles were taking items from a storage shed.

5:44 p.m. — A woman from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported ongoing vandalism; she found three roofing nails under her tire last night.

6:10 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Bank Street reported indecent exposure.

6:47 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a woman tried to steal a cart of groceries.

8:02 p.m. — A caller from Condon Park reported a physical fight; the suspects could not be located.

9:50 p.m. — A caller from Brunswick Road and Loma Rica Drive reported a drunken driver. A woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, child endangerment and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

11:02 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Race Street reported a physical fight with a man down on the ground.

3:56 a.m. — A woman called to report her house was full of people using drugs and acting like zombies. She called back to say it was a false alarm.

9:22 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Torrey Pines Drive reported Paypal fraud.

9:24 a.m. — A caller from the 25000 block of China Hollow Road reported animal cruelty involving a horse.

9:41 a.m. — A woman from 17000 block of Whitefish Court reported a burglary to a vehicle.

10:22 a.m. — A woman from the 12000 block of Sutherland Drive reported receiving a call saying that her cousin had a warrant.

10:46 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Charles Drive reported a burglary over the weekend.

11:59 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Wolf Road reported possible identity theft.

1:46 p.m. — A man from the 10000 block of Kearney Court reported vandalism to a fence.

1:49 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Piper Hill Drive reported the theft of items from a residence.

1:10 p.m. — A caller from the 22000 block of Industrial Place reported receiving an altered check.

4:05 p.m. — A caller from Cascade Loop and Pasquale Road reported a person driving a truck asked a girl to get in.

7:09 a.m. — A caller from Varnell Drive reported an assault; it was found to be verbal only.

6:27 a.m. — An alarm in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue was responded to; A stool was found under a window and the screen had been removed.
