Police blotter: Woman reports assault by dance troop

7:29 a.m. — A caller reported a traffic accident victim in the emergency room. The man said he fell asleep and hit a pipe fence at Bennett Street and Hansen Way.
8:54 a.m. — A caller from a business in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue reported the theft of security cameras from a warehouse.
8:57 a.m. — A caller from the 900 block of McCourtney Road reported someone broke in and sprayed fire retardant everywhere, and used the computers.
9:45 a.m. — A caller from Dorsey Drive and Catherine Lane reported a man in a van was following a 15-year-old girl, stopping and pulling over several times. A report was taken.
9:46 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Chapel Street reported a possible attempted burglary with a screen removed.
10:54 a.m. — A woman from Primrose Lane reported the theft of a no-parking sign.
11:22 a.m. — A caller form Hughes Road and East Main Street reported a boy assaulted a woman, then jumped out of her car. He was arrested and booked at juvenile hall on suspicion of battery.
11:57 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a baby locked in a vehicle; assistance was provided.
2:06 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Dorsey Drive reported a physical fight; the parties said it was a verbal dispute over a parking spot.
2:45 p.m. — A woman from East Main Street reported a man appeared to be casing her house and looked at her hatefully and possibly with rape in mind. She said he needed to be located since he would be doing something wrong. He was gone when an officer arrived.
2:51 p.m. — A man from Bennett and East Main streets reported being bitten by a dog.
3:03 p.m. — A caller from the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported a panhandler selling a bag of dog food with a sign that said “Dog died. Dog food $5.” He was admonished.
3:06 p.m. — A call was received with two men talking about trying to catch snakes and harass them.
3:14 p.m. — A woman from a business in the 100 block of Mill Street reported a boy crawling up her fire escape; he could not be located.
4:59 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 100 block of Mill Street reported a man came in with a gun under his shirt, who then left. At 5:42 p.m., a caller from Neal and South Church streets reported a man pulled a gun out of his waistband. He was arrested on suspicion of carrying a concealed firearm.
5:04 p.m. — A caller from Neal and South Church streets reported a shirtless man having some sort of episode, yelling and screaming. He was arrested on unknown charges.
11:39 p.m. — A caller from Bank and Stewart streets reported a man passed out on the sidewalk; he was moving on.
5:36 a.m. — A caller from the 1000 block of Sutton Way reported a man trying to refund items he had stolen.
6:56 a.m. — A caller from Idaho-Maryland Road reported a debris fire from a transient camp.

9:13 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Rapp Road reported a 9- to 10-foot-long snake in his yard.
9:43 a.m. — A caller reported possible squatters in the 25000 block of Long Court.
11:14 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Ridge Road reported an unlocked vehicle was entered and multiple items were taken.
11:31 a.m. — A caller from the 24000 block of Barefoot Road reported a lightning strike fire.
11:59 a.m. — A caller from Stone Meadow Lane reported a lightning strike fire.
12:28 p.m. — A man from Bonanza Way reported a man assaulted him.
12:46 p.m. — A caller from Dog Bar Road and Carrie Drive reported people living in a tent with couches and lots of junk. They had permission to be there.
1:31 p.m. — A caller from the 19000 block of Los Robles Lane reported a truck and camper were entered.
1:45 p.m. — A caller from Lone Bobcat Way reported vandalism to a generator, and also reported a marijuana grow.
2:27 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Washington Road reported a burglary to a cabin.
4:44 p.m. — A caller from Sierra View and Adamson drives reported a poacher.
6:49 p..m — A caller from Scotts Flat Dam Road reported a family setting up camp in the woods; they were moving on.
7:11 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Broken Oak Court reported someone had been looking in a window on Sunday and then the window was opened.
7:30 p.m. — A caller from Conifer Lane reported a woman was out of control and throwing rocks at a window, breaking it.
9:03 p.m. — A caller from Champion Road reported illegal camping; they were moving on.
6:05 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported a man hitting doors and yelling, and then finding a man passed out on a porch. He was warned against trespassing.
7:33 a.m. — A caller from Gold Creek Court reported a possible phone scam.

3:31 p.m. — A man from the 500 block of Main Street reported a small orange car that looks like a toaster blocking his driveway.
5:42 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Mine Rock Road reported the theft of a vehicle title.
9:35 p.m. — Multiple callers reported fireworks in the 500 block of Broad Street. Nothing was located.
12:33 a.m. — A man from the 200 block of Commercial Street was repeating over and over that there are people selling LSD in a bar; no one was located.
1:36 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Broad Street reported a fight.
2:16 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Sacramento Street reported three shoplifters.
4:35 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Railroad Avenue reported an assault.
8:15 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Coyote Street reported a man sleeping in the post office, who was admonished.
11:16 a.m. — A woman from the 500 block of Searls Avenue reported her entire dance troop was assaulting her and locked her in her office; the situation was mediated.
11:36 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of New Mohawk Road reported a transient has been sleeping on a back porch.
12:13 p.m. — A woman from the 600 block of East Broad Street reported a residential burglary.
4:44 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Gold Flat Road reported possible squatters.
7:12 p.m. — A caller from Commercial Street reported a woman running up and down the street with a sign, causing an issue. It might be a man dressed as a woman. The person was asked to leave the business alone. At 8:40 p.m., a caller reported the person was now standing in the street, screaming and grabbing people.
