Police blotter: Woman falls prey to grandson in jail scam

8:46 a.m. — A woman from the 100 block of East Berryhill Drive reported a man who keeps stealing her medication was just on her balcony. A report was taken.
1:03 p.m. — A woman from Highway 49 and West McKnight Way reported a possible BB hit her vehicle window.
1:37 p.m. — A caller from the 1400 block of Segsworth Way reported a drug deal with people crawling out the windows. A man and woman reportedly had permission to be there. A second man reportedly had jumped out the back window with them and was hiding in the bushes. He was located and arrested on several outstanding warrants.
5:07 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a woman left a store with makeup and a pair of socks in her purse. She was identified by her tattoos and a report was taken.
6:21 p.m. — A caller from Mill and Neal streets reported about 10 people passing around drug pipes.
7:48 p.m. — A caller from Bernice and Doris drives reported a man playing “abusive” rap music and yelling obscenities. The man said he would turn it down, and said he was being evicted due to past noise complaints. At 8:40 p.m., a caller reported the man screaming expletives; the caller could hear glass breaking as well.
9:25 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West Main Street reported the theft of a tip jar.
1:18 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a man in a store shopping and refusing to leave after being told the store was closed.
2:14 a.m. — A caller from a business in the 100 block of Bank Street reported a woman on the stair landing charging her cell phone, who was not a guest.

8:57 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Banner Lava Cap Road reported trees had been cut down and the firewood was sold.
9:23 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Daisy Blue Mine Road reported a neighbor cutting down trees on the caller’s property.
9:55 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of La Sierra Drive reported a stolen vehicle.
9:58 a.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of River Ranch Road reported a fawn had been stuck in a fence for the past day.
10:02 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Weber Street reported a goat in the middle of the road.
10:08 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Del Ta Don reported the theft of fences.
11:31 a.m. — A man from the 10000 block of North Ponderosa Way reported tires had been slashed last night.
1:21 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Greenhorn Road reported the theft of cigarettes and other items from a back porch.
3:10 p.m. — A woman from the 18000 block of Jayhawk Drive reported sending $1,270 to a person pretending to be her grandson, who had been arrested.
3:25 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Cement Hill Road reported vandalism to a residence.
4:34 p.m. — A woman from the 12000 block of Crescent Drive reported a dog chasing chickens.
4:55 p.m. — A caller from Alta Sierra Drive and Dog Bar Road reported a stolen vehicle had been left at the above location.
6:32 p.m. — A caller from Black Oak Drive reported two men in a physical fight.
6:44 p.m. — A woman from the 11000 block of Orion Way reported someone broke into her trailer by prying the door open.
7:30 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Highway 49 reported a possible Craigslist and eBay fraud involving a vehicle.
7:56 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of School Street reported ongoing transient activity.
3:59 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Idaho-Maryland Road reported a woman broke the phone and was biting a man. She was refusing to leave and possibly under the influence of a controlled substance.

9:46 a.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Chief Kelly Drive reported a party Oct. 12 that involved juveniles, drugs and alcohol.
10:47 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of South Pine Street reported a large man asking people for meth.
10:54 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Spring Street reported a vandalized vehicle.
11:38 a.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Zion Street reported the theft of a chainsaw from the back of a truck.
12:48 p.m. — A caller reported an assault victim from the 200 block of Commercial Street.
