10:23 a.m. — A caller from the 1000 block of Plaza Drive reported a person passing a pipe around, possibly selling drugs.

11:35 a.m. — A caller reported a commercial burglary on Sept. 23.




11:39 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Kate Hayes Street reported a woman jumped the fence and said she had to get away quickly.

11:57 a.m. — A caller from the 1300 block of East Main Street reported a woman punching herself in the head.

2:26 p.m. — A caller reported a group of six transients loitering underneath a no-loitering sign, drinking alcohol, and smoking drugs in the back of a business.

5:01 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported a stolen vehicle.

7:41 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Ophir Street reported a physical fight involving a man and a woman.

8:02 a.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Freeman Lane reported a man with a large cut on his head and blood all over his hands.

8:17 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Colfax Avenue reported transients sleeping nightly on the porch, using electricity. Extra patrols were requested.

2:20 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 500 block of Sutton Way reported the father of a suspected shoplifter became irate and “put his hands on” one of the store employees.
