9:47 p.m. – A caller reported he was assaulted and had money and his wallet taken from him at Condon Park.

2:20 a.m. – A caller from the 200 block of Broad Street reported a theft of a portable toilet. The caller said it was taken by a neighbor who is an ex-Hells Angels member. The portable toilet was gray and white with a chair and a bucket attached. The caller said he wasn’t sure if the portable toilet was stolen or just missing.

7:59 a.m. – A caller from the 400 block of Pine Street reported theft of items from their front porch.

12:25 p.m. – A caller reported that he was assaulted by a white male in his 50s, with shaggy hair, blue jeans and a blue shirt. The caller declined medical attention.

8:35 p.m. – The Nevada County Sheriff’s Office asked officers to be on the lookout for a vehicle taken from Auburn the previous evening. The car is a 1988 Toyota pickup with a bumper sticker from the NRA that reads “Gun Control Means Using Both Hands.”

10:41 a.m. – A caller from the 15000 block of Greenhorn Acres Road reported loud music from the campground.

11:03 a.m. – A caller from the 14000 block of Highland Drive reported that a bear entered his home while he was at work.
