Thursday – 80 calls for service
7:47 a.m. – A caller from the 500 block of Minnie Street reported the theft of a debit card. Two women were cited on suspicion of petty theft.
8:43 a.m. – A man from the 700 block of Taylorville Road reported being assaulted yesterday.
2:46 p.m. – A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a physical fight involving three people, one of whom had a cane.
2:58 p.m. – A caller from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported vandalism to a building.
3:07 p.m. – A caller from the hospital reported a woman from the 100 block of Ophir Street had been assaulted.
6:03 p.m. – A woman from the 100 block of South Auburn Street reported a man punched another man and another man was hitting himself. They could not be located.
7:06 p.m. – A caller from the 100 block of Bank Street reported a package full of marijuana had been shipped to a store.
7:40 p.m. – A caller from the 200 block of Horizon Circle reported smoke and a fire alarm going off. It was found to be a fire on the stove.
Thursday – 92 calls for service
8:22 a.m. – A man from the 11000 block of Squirrel Creek Road reported an attempted burglary to his residence. The front door lock had been damaged.
11:58 a.m. – A caller from the 24000 block of Balsam Court reported a person had made fake checks using the caller’s information, which had been stolen in a burglary.
12:51 p.m. – A woman from the 13000 block of Highway 49 reported her son was being held against his will. He was located and it was found to be miscommunication.
4:33 p.m. – A caller from the 10000 block of Ridgeview Drive reported a man in a truck pulled into a driveway and knocked over a motorcycle, then threw rocks on the motorcycle and hit a fence. He was arrested on suspicion of vandalism and driving under the influence.
5:41 p.m. – A caller from Donovan Road reported hearing loud screaming and dogs barking for about 10 minutes. No one was located.
7:50 p.m. – A caller from the 14000 block of Highway 174 reported a naked 4-year-old girl playing in the backyard. It was not known where she lives or where her parents were. She was returned to her mother.
10:47 p.m. – A man from the 12000 block of Sunset Avenue reported the attempted theft of gas from his vehicles.
7:50 a.m. – A man from Black Road and Big Oak Drive reported being assaulted.

9:51 a.m. – A caller from the 400 block of Uren Street reported a theft.
11:23 a.m. – A woman from the 200 block of Church Street reported receiving numerous credit card scam calls.
