Police blotter: Residential and vehicle burglaries reported

Friday

8:02 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Idaho Maryland Road claimed that an unknown subject rummaged through her vehicle sometime during the day. She requested extra patrol in the area.



9:24 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of La Sierra Drive reported that a woman painted his front door orange because he would not let her in.

11:19 a.m. — A caller from the 25000 block of Highway 49 reported a theft from house.




11:20 a.m. — A caller on the 11000 block of Newtown Road reported a scam. She was asked by someone at a company to go to Wal-Mart, paid for a $300 gram, and then sent it to an unknown address.

11:52 a.m. — A caller on the 14000 block of Torrey Pines Drive reported that someone had sent them a fake check.

1:20 p.m. — A caller on the 16000 block of Scopar Road reported someone broke into his house. The subject left the scene.

1:24 p.m. — A caller at the corner of Purdon and Murphy Road reported that someone had pried open their mailbox.

5:02 p.m. — A caller on the 11000 block Varnell Drive claimed that he was being tortured with verbal harassment designed to kill him.

11:18 p.m. — A caller on the 10000 block of James Lane reported subjects covered his house with toilet paper.

Saturday

9:23 a.m. — A man on the 10000 block of Andrew Court called to report himself because his wife was accusing him of “being hostile.” Parties agreed to separate until deputy response.

11:07 a.m. — A caller on the 10000 block of Valley Drive reported theft from an unlocked vehicle.

1:16 p.m. — A caller on the 18000 block of Lazy Dog Road reported that someone had broke into their residence in the last five months.

2:30 p.m. — A woman on the 29000 block of Highway 49 reported that she had just chased out a squatter who had trespassed the property on Christmas Eve.

4:03 p.m. — A man on the 15000 block of Little Valley Road said his wife had been receiving threatening calls from subjects she was involved with after a dog attack incident in December.

5 p.m. — A caller on the corner of Miller Road and Purdon Road reported theft from a group mailbox.

5:17 p.m. — A caller from a community center on the 29000 block of Highway 49 reported that a subject had been stealing food from the center. The caller declined to file a crime report.

7:20 p.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Gary Way reported that her brother threatened her with a knife after a confrontation. No injury was reported and the caller declined to file charges.

10:32 p.m. — A woman on the 12000 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported that people were looking into her windows at night. The caller stated that this was an ongoing issue.

Sunday

12 a.m. — A man on the 12000 block of Valley View Road said someone tried to break into his truck. The alarm went off but no one was seen.
