Police blotter: Reportedly drunken woman throwing shoes

Monday

8:51 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Brunswick Road reported finding burglary tools.



9:04 a.m. — A woman from the 300 block of West Main Street reported someone throwing rocks at her car from the top of a building.

9:16 a.m. — A caller from a business in the 200 block of Sierra College Drive reported a counterfeit $20 bill.




9:42 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Olympia Park Road reported a person smoking marijuana.

11:36 a.m. — A woman reported someone had ransacked her house.

1:03 p.m. — A caller from South School and West Main streets reported a head-on collision.

1:42 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 700 block of Taylorville Road reported the theft of a wallet.

2:35 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported buying a stolen truck.

3:19 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Maryland Drive reported hearing three gunshots.

4:18 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 1500 block of East Main Street reported a burglary, a possible vehicle theft and other theft. The vehicle had been returned.

4:28 p.m. — A man from the 1800 block of East Main Street reported picking up two hitchhikers, who possibly stole his cell phone.

4:51 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a woman throwing shoes at people in the parking lot. Another caller reported she was trying to hit people with her fists. She was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.

5:48 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported a man on a ladder trying to break into a residence. He was separated from his wife and retrieving his belongings by climbing through the window.

6:19 p.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported chasing down a thief, making him return the items, and then seeing him possibly steal more items and flee.

6:35 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 400 block of Sierra College Drive reported the possible theft of medication.

6:45 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 100 block of Neal Street reported the theft of a wallet.

7:15 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported two men smoking marijuana.

7:38 p.m. — A woman from the 800 block of West Main Street reported identity theft.

1:09 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Whiting Street reported a possible burglary in progress; several people were dumpster diving.

9:16 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Lake Vera-Purdon Road reported stolen items.

9:17 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Kingsbury Circle reported vandalism to a vehicle.

9:20 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Brewer Road reported found mail.

9:50 a.m. — A woman reported a man threw her to the ground and hit her in the face.

12:15 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Stinson Drive reported a theft from a front yard.

12:49 p.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Brian Lane reported the theft of items from unlocked cars.

2:23 p.m. — A caller from the 17000 block of Alioto Drive reported a burglary.

5:37 p.m. — A woman from the 18000 block of Rollins View Drive reported a man in a white Ford Focus tried to lure her children by asking them to look in the open trunk.

5:38 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Slow Poke Lane reported a juvenile assaulted a staff member.

11:22 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Spenceville Road reported a burglary.

5:34 a.m. — A caller from the 24000 block of Highway 49 reported two runaway juveniles.

7:06 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a 12-year-old boy asking people for rides; he could not be located.

7:16 a.m. — A caller from Rough and Ready reported a vehicle accident with a power pole hanging down over the road.

7:32 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of South Pine Street requested a welfare check on a man sleeping outside in shorts; he was gone when an officer arrived.
