Police blotter: Reported stalker tossed out of party

Friday

8:36 a.m. — A man from the 100 block of Upper Slate Creek Road reported people buying drugs; the vehicle then left.



9:31 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Joerschke Drive reported a person trying to cash a stolen forged check.

10:47 a.m. — A man from the 200 block of Sierra College Drive reported the theft of gas from his vehicle.




11:31 a.m. — A caller from the 1300 block of Whispering Pines Lane reported a woman yelling and screaming. At 12:39 p.m., the caller reported the woman was back, then was in a physical fight with a man. She was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.

1:08 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Freeman Lane reported a man punched the side window of her vehicle, then mooned her.

3:02 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Dorsey Drive reported the theft of documentation.

6:01 p.m. — A caller from South Auburn and Berryman streets reported people in a physical fight after a vehicle accident. A report was taken.

6:10 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sierra College Drive reported a shoplifter who was caught on videotape.

10:21 p.m. — A caller from Union Square reported a fight.

12:29 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported people trying to steal bikes and going through trash.

12:53 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported a very drunk juvenile was driving; he could not be located.

10:27 a.m. — A caller from Rockwood Drive reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.

10:48 a.m. — A caller from Brighton and Butler streets reported a motorcyclist speeding without a helmet; the driver was contacted.

1:50 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Woodcrest Way reported people looking in garages and vehicles; they could not be located.

2:14 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Sierra College Drive reported a man struck the caller in the shoulder.

2:26 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Huntington Court reported a fraud.

2:52 p.m. — A woman from the 1800 block of East Main Street reported a person hit her in the back of the head with a fist.

7:02 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of South Church Street reported a physical fight with a woman who was under the influence of meth. She was arrested on suspicion of making a criminal threat.

10:30 p.m. — A man from the 100 block of Ophir Street reported a physical fight with a woman. He was gone when officers arrived and she said she was OK.

Sunday

12:59 a.m. — A man and woman who were arguing were contacted in the 100 block of Mill Street. She said he had been stalking her for a year and had followed her to an office party. He had been escorted/carried outside and asked to leave. He did, then returned 10 minutes later. He said another man had bear-hugged him from behind. He was told to leave the area.

2:47 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Mill Street reported a drunken, out-of-control woman.

3:21 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Colfax East reported a very drunken man in a yard now trying to climb a hill.

7:42 a.m. — Multiple callers from Brighton Street and Penstock Drive reported a water main break.

9:27 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported finding a bag with marijuana inside.

10:07 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Freeman Lane reported a locked vehicle and been broken into with the window smashed. A second call was made at 10:32 a.m.

11:08 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Joerschke Drive reported a possible break-in through a back door; nothing was taken.

2:46 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of East Maryland Drive reported the theft of tools from the back of a truck.

3:24 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of East Berryhill Drive reported a physical fight. A man was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse, false imprisonment and committing a felony while on bail.

3:59 p.m. — A 12-year-old girl in the 100 block of Mill Street reported a man approached her and her 12-year-old friend and began following them, then tried to hug them.

10:43 p.m. — A caller from Cypress Hill and Barby drives reported a man following a woman, who was yelling to stay away. She said he was following her because he said they belong together. They were separated.

Monday

12:24 a.m. — A woman from the 200 block of Sierra College Drive reported the theft of her purse from her car.

1:21 a.m. — A caller from Sutton Way reported people looking in vehicles with flashlights.

2:02 a.m. — A caller from the 1800 block of East Main Street reported a man and woman in a fight in a vehicle. The man broke the back windshield out by throwing items at the woman; then had the woman on the ground. The woman was reporting a cut finger. A report was taken.

8:27 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Rattlesnake Road reported something attacked sheep.

10:25 a.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Otter Road reported losing a cow and a bull.

5:18 p.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Sandra Court reported a possible vehicle theft in progress. The vehicle was unlocked and the suspects kept opening the hood. Nothing was located.

8:14 p.m. — A caller from Nevada Union High School reported two people dressed in black, with ski masks, going up to the roof with a ladder. No one was located.

3:23 p.m. — A caller from Bloomfield-Graniteville Road and Highway 49 reported a person lying n the ground. He was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.

Saturday

2:49 p.m. — A woman from Broad Street reported trespassers.

2:57 p.m. — A caller from Commercial Street reported 12 to 15 people making a lot of noise; there also was a strong smell of marijuana, They were dispersed.

5:06 p.m. — A man from Nevada Street reported a man smashed his car into the caller’s car on purpose.

Sunday

7:05 a.m. — A man from Factory Street reported a person sleeping in his front yard, who was gone when officers arrived.

5:40 p.m. — A caller from East Broad Street reported possible drug activity.

5:45 p.m. — A caller from Broad Street reported a person on foot pulled a handgun on a person in a truck before both left the scene.

5:49 p.m. — A caller from Sacramento Street reported the theft of a laptop.

7:51 p.m. — A caller from Zion Street reported people going through donations; no one was located.

8:27 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Nevada Street reported a physical fight involving three or four people.
