Police blotter: Multiple exposure reports in Grass valley

Grass Valley Police Department

Sunday

10:15 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a man and a woman panhandling with children.



1:48 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a man trying to get people to fight. He then knocked over a garbage can. He was moving on.

2:26 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Glasson Way reported a patient causing a disturbance, swinging an oxygen tank.




3:57 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a woman knocking on people’s windows in a parking lot, refusing to leave.

5:11 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of East Berryhill Drive reported finding drug paraphernalia in a backyard.

5:57 p.m. — A man from the 100 block of Joerschke Drive reported the theft of his phone.

6:52 p.m. — A caller from the 900 block of Sutton Way reported a woman with a beer in her hand, yelling. She was cited on suspicion of having an open container.

8:55 p.m. — A woman from the 200 block of Colfax Avenue reported a man and a woman were harassing her because she drives a Crown Victoria, circling her vehicle, asking if she as a cop, laughing and taunting her. A person was cited on unknown charges.

12:47 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported finding a bag of suspected drugs.

1:20 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported a man exposed himself; he was admonished.

5:42 p.m. — A caller from Sutton Way and Brunswick Road reported a man driving in a truck who was masturbating. He could not be located.

4:02 p.m. — A caller from the 1200 block of East Main Street reported the theft of keys from a business.

8:11 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a person exposing themselves.

8:33 p.m. — A caller from Chapel and South Church streets reported a man with a metal detector digging holes around gravesites in the cemetery. He was moving on.

10:18 p.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and Colfax Avenue reported a large amount of water shooting up, possibly from a broken sprinkler head.

Tuesday

1:14 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported a noisy party; they turned the music off.

1:17 p.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Broadmoor Court reported the possible neglect of dogs without food or water.

1:36 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Wolf Road reported people shooting onto caller’s property.

2:15 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Squirrel Creek Road reported a house guest refusing to leave, who was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

2:24 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Highland Drive reported a dog in the back of a truck all say. The owner was cited.

3:15 p.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Cottage Hill Drive reported possible fraud and identity theft.

8:14 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Sontag Road reported people cutting tires.

10:02 p.m. — A caller from the jail reported an inmate with drugs.

10:31 p.m. — A caller from South Ponderosa Way reported a girl hit a man in the head and kicked him in the crotch. No one wanted to press charges.

10:41 p.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and Combie Road reported a person throwing items from a vehicle.

Tuesday

5:19 a.m. — A woman from Dalmatian Drive reported her sister turned on the lights and made noises on purpose to wake her up. They have restraining orders and live in the same residence.

6:50 a.m. — A man from the 16000 block of Duggans Road reported his car had been rifled through and there was a mountain block eon the side of the house that doesn’t belong to him.

Monday

1:44 p.m. — A woman from Nile Street reported a person had been receiving $5,000 a month in her name; the suspect is magical or something and that is how she heard her admit the crime with no one else around.

2:11 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Zion Street reported a man with a basket of items from the grocery store.

4:57 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Zion Street reported a burglary to a vehicle with a purse missing.

7:15 p.m. — A caller from Sacramento Street and Searls Avenue reported two men breaking into mailboxes, who could not be located.

10:06 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Broad Street reported a shirtless man dancing in the middle of the street.
