9:42 a.m. – A caller from the 100 block of Hughes Road reported a business had been burglarized.

1:58 p.m. – A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a man was ripping up computers in a store because he was angry about returning a phone. There was no permanent damage.

3:35 p.m. – A caller from a business in the 100 block of West Main Street reported a man rambling about Castro and knocking over items. He was advised to stay away from the business.

3:54 p.m. – A woman reported someone had picked up her ATM card and had used it at Kentucky Fried Chicken and Savemart.

6:03 p.m. – A man from the 200 block of Scotia Pines Circle reported receiving a box of drugs in the mail.

6:52 p.m. – A man from Berryman and South Auburn streets reported the possible theft of a vehicle. It might have been taken by the insurance company.

7:15 p.m. – A woman from the 100 block of South School Street reported her dogs were gone and might have been taken by the landlord.

7:35 p.m. – A caller from Kidder Cemetery reported a large group of juveniles. They were admonished.

8:21 p.m. – A caller from the 300 block of Bennett Street reported a neighbor attacked a man and threatened him.

11:09 p.m. – A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported an upstairs neighbor was banging on the floor. The person called back at 12:56 a.m. and was advised to contact management.

8:09 a.m. – A woman reported her daughter was being bullied and harassed at Nevada Union High School.

8:09 a.m. – A caller from the 10000 block of Walker Drive reported a tenant wrote more than $2,500 in bad checks.

8:40 a.m. – A caller from Bear River High School reported an uncooperative juvenile with drugs.

9:07 a.m. – A caller from the 12000 block of Charles Drive requested extra patrols due to theft of gasoline from vehicles.

10:03 a.m. – A man from the 19000 block of Norlene Way reported someone called him and told him he would win a contest if he paid $750. Someone was supposed to deliver a prize to his house.

12:20 p.m. – A caller from the 12000 block of North Bloomfield-Graniteville Road reported a residential burglary.

12:23 p.m. – A caller from the 12000 block of Torrey Pines Drive reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.

12:47 p.m. – A caller from the 11000 block of Magnolia Road reported a woman had been given permission to cut one tree but had cut and taken additional trees. The woman agreed to stop going on the caller’s property.

1:00 p.m. – A caller from the 13000 block of La Barr Pines Drive reported identity theft.

2:54 p.m. – A caller from the 11000 block of Alta Sierra Drive reported a physical fight. A person hit the caller in the face. The caller did not want to press charges.

4:04 p.m. – A caller from Cement Hill and Indian Flat roads reported a dispute with a group of people blocking the road. At 5:02 p.m., a person reported a man ran the caller off the road.

4:10 p.m. – A caller from the 12000 block of Ranchero Way reported possible illegal use of an ATM card.

4:49 p.m. – A caller from Highway 49 and Cherry Creek Road reported a man laying on the side of the road.

4:56 p.m. – A woman from the 18000 block of McCourtney Road reported an aggressive dog came on her property and was shot by her husband. A man was threatening to kill her husband. The situation was mediated and Animal Control would follow up.

5:01 p.m. – A caller from the 24000 block of Camellia Way reported a burglary to a residence with forced entry. Venetian blinds and screwdrivers were taken and the smoke detectors were broken.

5:03 p.m. – A caller from the 15000 block of Annie Drive reported a Playstation 3 console was missing from an unlocked residence. A relative might have taken it.

9:14 p.m. – A man from the 16000 block of Patricia Way reported his friend was missing and his residence had been vandalized. A report was taken.

9:27 p.m. – A woman from the 13000 block of Brookview Drive Circle reported a man was running around yelling. The man appeared strung out and covered in mud. Another caller reported hearing a gunshot and a man yelling for help. A man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.


2:16 a.m. – A caller from the county jail reported a female inmate was in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

7:33 a.m. – A woman from Amber Court reported seeing a truck driving slowly next to a small child. It was gone when deputies arrived.
