Police blotter: Loose goose, stuck fawn, bear in pain reported

Thursday

10:33 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported finding drug paraphernalia. Hypodermic needles were found in the bathroom and collected for destruction.



11:23 a.m. — A caller from Kidder Cemetery reported a woman screaming and showering with a hose, possibly under the influence of a controlled substance.

12:51 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of South School Street reported a theft.




1:06 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Crown Point Circle reported transients getting on the roof at night, and requested extra patrols.

2:17 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a woman shoplifted items.

5:04 p.m. — A caller from the 1400 block of Segsworth Way reported two people doing drugs; they were admonished not to return.

5:19 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West Empire Street reported people stealing water.

5:55 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Sutton Way reported a man possibly shoplifted groceries.

4:27 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Freeman Lane reported people getting into the garbage bins.

8:06 a.m. — A woman from Magnolia and Spring Ranches roads reported injuries to her face as the result of a road rage incident.

8:49 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Bodie Ridge Road reported mail theft.

9:09 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Panorama Drive reported credit card fraud.

9:41 a.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Badger Hill Road reported check fraud.

10:37 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Applewood Lane reported hearing what sounded like a bear in pain. No bear was located.

10:58 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Oak Drive reported hearing rapid gunshots.

12:04 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Old Stagecoach Road reported a fawn crying and stuck in a fence, which then got loose.

2:31 p.m. — A caller from Dog Bar Road Bridge reported people mining at the river.

2:46 p.m. — A woman from the 18000 block of Lake Forest Drive reported someone was using her Social Security number.

3:01 p.m. — A caller from the 19000 block of Cherry Creek Road reported a goose was in their yard.

4:19 p.m. — A caller reported ongoing trespassing at the Wolf Mountain towers, and asked for extra patrols.

5:37 p.m. — A caller reported a person was picked up from Ballantree Lane and taken to Auburn, and was refusing to pay the cab fare.

6:58 p.m. — A caller from Robin Street reported a drunken man was trying to drive away and was being physically restrained.

8:03 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Hemlock Drive reported the theft of cash.

11:36 p.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Saint Paul Place reported people making a lot of noise with music and drums.

Friday

1:28 a.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and Pleasant Valley Road reported a man had been in an accident and his head was bleeding. The bystanders were reported as being uncooperative and causing issues.

7:52 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Broad Street reported two men in a physical fight.
