n 8:24 a.m. – A wallet was found at Cypress Hill Drive and Hughes Road and turned in to the police department. The owner was identified and an officer was assigned to return it.

n 12:52 p.m. – A caller from Catherine Lane reported she had hit another vehicle the day before. The other driver was found by officers and insurance information was exchanged. Officers also took a case for further investigation.




n 2:14 p.m. – A caller reported the traffic lights were malfunctioning at Brunswick Road and Sutton Way.

n 2:57 p.m. – A person in the lobby of the police department reported identify theft. Officers took a report.

n 3:34 p.m. – A caller reported a woman in a business on the 2100 block of Nevada City Highway was disturbing the peace. Responding officers told the woman to stay out of the business.

n 5:13 p.m. – A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported problems with a neighbor who continues to engage in lewd behavior in public.

n 7:17 p.m. – A caller reported a man urinating on a building on the 200 block of South Church Street.

n 7:43 p.m. – A caller from the 300 block of Sutton Way reported harassing telephone calls from her ex-husband.

n 11:37 p.m. – A caller from Rockwood Drive reported a neighborhood argument with a female yelling “Let go, you’re hurting me.”

n 11:54 p.m. – A possibly drunken driver was reported on Sutton Way; officers were advised.

Friday

n 1:38 a.m. – A drunken woman was refusing to leave a public building on the 100 block of Glasson Way.

n 9:55 a.m. – A caller reported bolts and screws in the road on McKnight Way.

n 11:04 a.m. – A bus driver reported an argumentative rider at Church and Neal streets.

n 11:58 a.m. – A vehicle burglary was reported on the 200 block of South School Street.

n 10:37 a.m. – A man from the 14000 block of Magnolia Road wanted officers to contact him because someone was cutting down his fence.

n 2:12 p.m. – A caller from the 13000 block of Highway 174 reported the theft of a cellular telephone.

n 5:15 p.m. – A woman called from the 19000 block of Tyler Foote Crossing Road reporting a dog was trying to bite her.

n 6:42 p.m. – Officers arrested a 26-year-old man on the 12000 block of Highway 174 on suspicion of domestic violence and booked him into the Nevada County jail.

n 9:00 a.m. – A caller from the 300 block of Bridge Way reported receiving annoying telephone calls.

n 2:10 p.m. – A caller from the 400 block of Nimrod Street reported an altercation between a father and a son.

n 10:21 p.m. – A caller from the 800 block of Zion Street reported a burglary at his trailer.
