8:35 a.m. – A caller from the 1400 block of Joerschke Drive reported finding a purse with marijuana inside. The owner was found to have a medical prescription.
8:45 a.m. – A caller from a business in the 100 block of Neal Street reported a man took a pack of cigarettes, but gave it back when confronted. He was advised to stay away from the business.
9:23 a.m. – A caller from the 100 block of School Alley reported finding a hypodermic needle.
1:39 p.m. – A caller from the 400 block of Maryland Drive reported an attempted break-in.
1:41 p.m. – A caller from the 100 block of Idaho-Maryland Road reported vandalism yesterday.
3:19 p.m. – A woman from North Church Street reported hearing two gunshots. Another caller reported an explosion. It was found to be fireworks.
4:31 p.m. – A caller from Neal and Church streets reported a man hit a woman in the face. Both parties denied a physical fight took place.
5:53 p.m. – A caller from a business in the 100 block of South Auburn Street reported a man took items from the store and he might have had a burrito in his pocket. He took a sandwich, but threw it on the floor before leaving. The caller was not able to substantiate any theft.
6:32 p.m. – A caller from the 100 block of Park Avenue reported a physical fight between four people. It was found to be an altercation between several dogs. One person reported being bitten, but did not want medical attention.
10:11 p.m. – A woman from the 200 block of Colfax Avenue reported her stepson tried to swing at her. He was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order.
1:49 a.m. – A caller from the 14000 block of Segsworth Way reported loud music and slamming doors.
8:18 a.m. – A caller from the 10000 block of Ball Road reported a burglary.
8:31 a.m. – A caller from St. Patrick’s Cemetery on Rough and Ready Highway reported someone broke into a storage area and stole a weedeater and weedblower, and also tried to break into vehicles.
10:21 a.m. – A caller from the 11000 block of Warbler Way reported credit card fraud.
10:24 a.m. – A caller from the 13000 block of Highland Drive reported about 20 gallons of gas were stolen from a pickup last night.
10:48 a.m. – A caller from the 17000 block of Lasso Loop reported a tool box and jewelry were stolen from vehicles.
2:06 p.m. – A caller from the 11000 block of Glen Meadow Drive reported contractors tools were stolen from a vehicle, possibly yesterday.
6:23 p.m. – A woman from the 17000 block of Virginia Way reported her neighbor saw a local juvenile inside her residence before she returned home. Nothing was found to be missing.
8:54 p.m. – A caller from the 12000 block of Summit Ridge Drive reported the caller’s grandmother had died and in the last 10 days, items were missing from the garage.
7:17 p.m. – A caller from the 200 block of Boulder Street reported the theft of medications.
7:58 p.m. – A caller from the 400 block of Commercial Street reported a bulb in a gas streetlamp was flaming.
