Police blotter: Eyeball implants, disappearing people reported

Thursday

9:20 a.m. — A caller from Freeman Lane and Mill Street reported shots being fired; it was CHP officers at the gun range.



12:49 p.m. — A caller from Allison Ranch Road reported transient issues at a park.

12:54 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of South Church Street reported someone using the caller’s identity and checks.




3:42 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Brunswick Road reported $115 was stolen.

3:43 p.m. — A caller from East Main Street and West Berryhill Drive reported a bicyclist ran into a truck, but was declining medical aid.

5:01 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of East Main Street reported a woman passed out in the middle of the parking lot. She was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.

6:04 p.m. — A caller from the 1300 block of East Main Street requested extra patrols due to increased drug activity.

2:04 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Railroad Avenue reported a surveillance video was showing a person climbing a property fence.

2:32 a.m. — A caller from East Main Street and Scandling Avenue reported a naked man walking toward the hospital.

2:37 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported a possible physical fight.

9:49 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Magnolia Road reported a possible attempted residential burglary.

10:12 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported a man shouting and hitting things; he was moving on.

11:10 a.m. — A caller from the San Juan Ridge area reported a possible fire; it was a large controlled burn near Bullards Bar.

12:04 p.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Meyer Lane reported a child was bitten by another child.

1:29 p.m. — A woman from the 13000 block of Jones Bar Road reported the theft of packages from her mailbox.

1:40 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Cathy Drive reported a possibly rabid skunk wandering the neighborhood.

1:42 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Francis Drive reported a residential burglary.

1:48 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Tree Top Circle reported identity theft.

1:51 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Highland Drive reported the theft of items from a residence.

2:26 p.m. — A caller from East Bennett and Brunswick roads reported a man in a pickup dumping trash.

3:08 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Francis Drive reported a scamp hone call.

3:49 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Cedar Ridge Drive reported the theft of a credit card.

4:01 p.m. — A caller from Alta Sierra Drive and Little Valley Road reported a man who sits by the bus stop watching the students every morning.

4:16 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Alta Sierra Drive reported identity theft.

4:26 p.m. — A caller from Pleasant Valley Road and Lake Wildwood Drive reported three poodles at large; they were contained and needed to be picked up.

5:40 p.m. — A caller from Town Talk and Old Tunnel roads reported transients who were sex offender registrants.

5:58 p.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of David Way reported tenants vandalized a residence when they moved out.

7:26 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Country Air Lane reported people in a residence that should be vacant were throwing couches off the deck. A report was taken for squatters.

7:28 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Adam Avenue reported a cat stuck in a tree.

8:20 p.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Rosewood Road reported a shed had been broken into.

8:28 p.m. — Several callers from the Peardale Lane area reported gunshots; it was quiet when a deputy arrived.

9:51 p.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Royal Plum Way reported fireworks; nothing was located.

Friday

12:23 a.m. — A man from Indian Springs Road reported people had been in his residence and when he called law enforcement, they disappeared like ghosts. Another person who has a restraining order against him then came into his residence and also disappeared “just like that, like a ghost.”

7:30 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Banner Lava Cap Road reported a suspicious man came to the front door, was driving a U-Haul and asked for moving boxes.

8;51 a.m. — A man reported he has ocular implants in his eyeballs that access his entire brain and body, and he is almost out of energy. A report was taken.

1:54 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Zion Street reported a residential burglary with forced entry through a back patio door.

8:17 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Boulder Street reported a man pounding on a door.

9:19 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Zion Street reported a man who had been sleeping next to the rear of the building, defecating every night. Extra patrols were requested.
