10:24 a.m. — A caller from a business in the 900 block of Sutton Way reported a woman stole the tip jar.



12:56 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported ongoing issues with transients.

1:44 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a panhandler.




2:12 p.m. — A caller form the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported two men smoking drugs, using a beer can.

4:11 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Charlene Lane reported the theft of a 1990 white Ford F150 with a lumber rack.

4:32 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Harper Street requested extra patrols due to people sleeping between houses.

4:49 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a man panhandling and harassing people and refusing to leave.

5:42 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Bank Street reported people in the back parking lot looking through vehicles; no one was located.

11:28 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Gold Hill Drive reported identity theft.

11:31 a.m. — A man from the 17000 bock of River Ranch Road reported a lock was cut on a storage trailer.

11:39 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Marilyn Court reported a tree fell on a house and fence.

1:19 p.m. — A caller from the 29000 block of Highway 49 reported a person throwing rocks and spitting on people.

1:54 p.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Grizzly Hill Road reported a scam.

2:10 p.m. — A caller from the Penn Valley Post Office reported a vehicle with the occupants smoking marijuana.

3:19 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Robinson Road reported mail and check fraud.

4:02 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Pine Hill Drive reported trespassing.

7:09 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Idaho-Maryland Road reported a woman slapped a man.

7:29 p.m. — A caller from Wolf Road and Hawkeye Lane reported a fire in a field.

7:44 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of McCourtney Road reported two people driving around the fairgrounds, shooting paintball guns. They could not be located.

8:25 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Walker Drive reported a garage was on fire.

8:50 p.m. — A caller from Waxwing Court reported finding a residence front door open.

9:51 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Combie Road reported a garage door had been kicked in; a burglary report was taken.

10:48 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Harvest Lane reported a burglary to a business.
