Dwayne P. Neff, 42, of Grass Valley was arrested on suspicion of vandalism, exhibiting a deadly weapon, battery on a non-cohabitant and resisting arrest. He was booked into Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on $8,250 bail.

At 8:18 p.m. Wednesday, a caller from Oscar Drive in Alta Sierra reported Neff had entered a home with a large knife and threatened to injure an acquaintance before damaging property inside and outside the home and walking off, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
