— Barbara J. Ryan-Montgomery, 38, of Nevada City was arrested at her Pasquale Road home on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine, paraphernalia possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance. She was booked on $51,000 bail into Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.

Sheriff’s Capt. Mike Hanson said narcotics agents executed a search warrant just after 12 a.m. and found a box containing meth ingredients and equipment at the home.


— A resident on the 12000 block of Wanderer Road in Lake of the Pines reported at 3:34 p.m. a golfer urinated in his backyard.

— Jason T. Pinedo, 28, was arrested on suspicion of machine gun possession, concealed weapon possession and manufacture, sale or transport of an assault weapon at home on the 200 block of Maiden Lane in Grass Valley.

A parolee, Pinedo was located by a narcotics agent, who assisted the state Department of Corrections’ Special Services Unit.

— A residential burglary on the 17000 block of Retrac Way was reported at 8 p.m. A door was founded forced open.

— Jason E. Jones, 34, of Grass Valley was arrested by a deputy on suspicion of recklessly evading an officer after he crashed a vehicle near Alta Sierra Drive and Ball Road, according to a dispatch log.
