— Bullets were fired into a car on Relief Hill Road, between the town of Washington and Malakoff Diggins State Historic Park, a caller reported at 9:56 a.m.

— A Penn Valley-area caller reported at 10:21 a.m. that a person threatened to beat up the caller if the caller revealed that the person was working without a contractor’s license.
