— Burglary and theft of jewelry was reported at 10:37 a.m. by a resident on the 10000 block of Spenceville Road in Penn Valley.

— Burglary was reported at 11:33 a.m. by a resident on Relief Hill Road near the town of Washington.

— Burglary was reported at 11:55 a.m. by a resident on the 15000 block of Wyatt Earp Road on San Juan Ridge.


— Burglary and theft of jewelry and 50 compact discs was reported at 6:41 p.m. by a resident on the 13000 block of Golden Star Road, near Highway 49 and La Barr Meadows Road.

— A resident on the 13000 block of Pierite Road, near Rough and Ready, reported at 8:27 p.m. getting a phone call from a man claiming to be a “secret agent in Pakistan … agent number 5589 …” The anonymous caller didn’t want the resident to call police because “something would explode.” The resident checked caller identification, which indicated the call was from outside the area.

— A case of identity theft was reported by a resident on the 200 block of Bennett Street.

— Burglary was reported by a resident on the 200 block of Joerschke Drive.
