• At 8:02 p.m., a man called from Condon Park to report a juvenile pulled a knife when the caller tried to talk to him about not smoking in the area. The juvenile was wearing all black. Police were unable to locate him.

• At 8:14 p.m., police arrested a 33-year-old man on the 100 block of West Empire Street for battery of a spouse/cohabitant.


• At 12:16 a.m., a man called from the 400 block of Marshall Street to report a man was in his driveway either getting sick or spray-painting. Police arrested the 45-year-old man for being drunk in public.

• At 1:29 a.m., a caller reported a fight in front of a bar on Mill Street. Police made contact and all parties left.

• At 1:52 a.m., a woman called from the 200 block of Helen Drive to report she could hear someone walking in the gravel outside her residence. Police took a report for disorderly conduct.

• At 8:53 a.m., a caller from a restaurant parking lot on West Main Street reported two men in a green Falcon were watching kids at the bus stop.

• At 9:43 a.m., a caller from a gas station at Main Street and Idaho Maryland Road reported a physical fight between five to six people. People in a silver Cadillac drove away. Police took a report for assault.

• At 5 p.m., a man called from the 10000 block of Keenan Way to report seeing a bear on his property in a residential area. The bear was not doing anything and ran off into the woods.

• At 6 p.m., a caller from a liquor store the 11000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a person was passed out between some trees behind a business. Deputies arrested the 52-year-old woman for being drunk in public.

• At 6:49 p.m., a caller from the 10000 block of Squirrel Creek Road reported a juvenile was assaulted at a school by another juvenile.

• At 7:35 p.m., a caller from the 10000 block of Devonshire Circle reported a runaway juvenile.

• At 8:49 p.m., a caller from the 18000 block of Meadowlark Court reported a runaway juvenile.


• At 1:58 a.m., police arrested an 18-year-old man on the 12000 block of Lakeshore North for being drunk in public, peeking into an inhabited building and entering an inhabited building.

• At 1:39 a.m., police arrested a 31-year-old man on Spring Street for being drunk in public and resisting a peace officer, and an 18-year-old woman for being drunk in public.
