• At 3:41 p.m., a caller reported motorists continue to remain in the middle of the intersection of Brunswick Road and Nevada City Highway after the light turns red, causing heavy congestion and slow-downs. Information was given to patrol.

• At 4:44 p.m., a caller from Stewart Street reported a man in his 40s wearing a green T-shirt and orange shorts was yelling. Police arrested the 37-year-old man for being drunk in public.


• At 7:31 a.m., a woman called to report she was a victim of road rage with a female driving a county truck. She said the woman tried to pull her out of her vehicle. Police will follow up.

• At 4:21 p.m., a caller from the 15000 block of Little Valley Road reported theft of mail from a mailbox at a mobile home park.

• At 11:12 p.m., deputies arrested a 19-year-old man for drunken driving on Adam Avenue.


• At 9:56 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle was in Rush Creek near Highway 49 across from John Barley Corn. The vehicle was beginning to sink. The call was referred to the CHP.
