• At 2:01 p.m., a woman called from the 600 block of Brighton Street to report someone dumped a mattress in her driveway. She said she would contact the garbage company for pickup.

• At 7:35 p.m., a woman called from North Church Street to report she saw a man that fit the description of a prowler who has been opening unlocked doors around Grass Valley. He was wearing a red hat and tan shorts. Police checked the area and were unable to locate the man.

• At 9:09 a.m., a man called from the 300 block of Bennett Street to report his vehicle was stolen, a blue 1972 Volkswagen. Police took a report.

• At 8:20 p.m., a caller from the 18000 block of Waterfall Lane reported the theft of a leaf blower and gasoline from a vehicle.

Monday

• At 9:13 a.m., a caller from the 16000 block of Trails End Road reported a theft from a garden shed.

• At 9:34 a.m., a caller from the 17000 block of Lawrence Way reported theft of garden equipment from under a deck.

• At 7:59 p.m., a caller from the 300 block of Sacramento Street reported threats occurred regarding a disturbance last night. Deputies took a report.
