Not where it’s supposed to go

A Hansen Bros.’ cement truck lost its load on South Auburn Street Friday afternoon in Grass Valley, stalling traffic while public works employees and a crew from the company cleaned up the mess. “It’s not a major issue, but it’s enough to tangle up traffic from Empire Street to Whiting Street,” Grass Valley police Capt. Dave Remillard said. The spill of wet cement occurred at about 3:15 p.m., and police had traffic flowing about 10 minutes later, Remillard said.
