New Yorker cover is vulgar

The ignominious front cover of the current New Yorker magazine appears to be a sick joke, a parody of Mr. and Mrs. Obama analogous to the inflammatory Dutch newspaper cartoon of Mohammed wearing his bomb turban.

Is the cover implying or suggesting Mr. Obama is or will be equally revered as another 21st century Mohammed?

This crude, vulgar and demeaning un-American cartoon deserves the utmost condemnation for vilifying Mr. and Mrs. Obama.
