The wreck involving a Toyota truck and a Toyota 4Runner happened around 9 a.m. on Highway 49, near its southern intersection with Reader Ranch Road, fire officials said.

One person was taken to the hospital as a precaution, North San Juan Fire Engineer Shawn Olson said.
