Nevada County offers early voting for disabled set Wednesday at FREED Center

Early voting for those with disabilities will be offered from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the FREED Center for Independent Living in Grass Valley, said Nevada County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters, Gregory J. Diaz.

Diaz said the Nevada County Elections Office will be providing an opportunity to vote on two accessible electronic voting machines.

“For your convenience, we will also have a drop box for vote-by-mail ballots,” Diaz added. “We are committed to ensuring every voter is given the opportunity to exercise the right to participate in the democratic process.”
