Maps, plans for Campus Properties presented

The tentative subdivision map, the commercial site plan review, and the site plan amendment for Campus Properties were presented to the Nevada City City Council at the council meeting on Tuesday.

This was for an administerial approval in accordance with the California Subdivision Map Act, said City Manager Mark Miller. The Planning Commission has already approved the tentative map, and the development agreement was approved years ago.

Two other resolutions were placed before the council for approval.

• Nevada County Transportation Commission was requested to reallocate $32, 062 of local transportation funds from 2004/2005 fiscal year to the 2005/2006 fiscal year.

• A resolution of the city of Nevada City authorizing County of Nevada to submit funding requests to the regional California Integrated Waste Management Board Tire Amnesty grant on behalf of the city of Nevada City.
