Kudos to those the donating to homeless, neglected dogs

I want to thank all the anonymous donors who drop in their nickels and dollars, and sometimes $5 or $20 into our Scooter’s Pals donation jars all around Nevada County.

When you put in your dollar, or your spare change, you may not think this is a big deal, but trust me, it is a big deal to us and to our dogs.

A month of these contributions collectively pays for five dogs getting spayed or neutered or our dog food budget for the month for dogs in foster homes.

It is a special person who can give so generously and anonymously to these helpless creatures and expect nothing in return.

To those of you who do this, please know our appreciation and gratitude on behalf of the dogs is a big deal to us, and we are so grateful to you for your help. Bless each and every one of you who do this for the dogs, with no expectation of recognition or direct thanks.

I hope it pleases you to know that no one at Scooter’s Pals takes a salary or any expenses, and that every dime you give to us goes directly to the care of the dogs we have rescued. It is because of your generosity that we are able to continue to do this work. Thank you.
