Kindergarten registration starting

Children who will be 5 years of age on or before Dec. 2, 2002, are eligible for kindergarten.

Parents will need the following during the registration process:



— The enrolling student




— Birth certificate (or passport, baptismal certificate or county registrar’s statement)

— Immunization record

— Emergency phone numbers/contacts

— Social Security number of kindergartner

— Legal documents (i.e., custody orders, restraining orders if appropriate)

— Proof of residence

— Health insurance policy number

Call your child’s school for appointments and additional information.
