Keep eye out for election mailers

All Nevada County registered voters should start checking their mailboxes for the June 6, 2006, Gubernatorial Primary Election Voter Information Pamphlets with sample ballots.

Pamphlets will be mailed starting May 5, 2006, according to the county clerk-recorder’s office.

The Voter Information Pamphlet will provide voters with important information about items to be voted on this election.

If you do not receive your Voter Information Pamphlet by May 15, please contact the Nevada County Elections Office at (530) 265-1298 or toll free at (888)395-1298 for a duplicate copy.
