Jury: voting system too fluid for report

Nevada County’s voting system is too fluid and changing to issue a timely report about it, according to a short item issued by the Nevada County Grand Jury on Wednesday.

The jury said members had prepared to investigate how well the county was preparing to meet federal standards for more accurate and accessible voting. But the system the county has tentatively chosen, Hart InterCivic, has yet to receive certification from the state of California.
