Items from the Police Blotter

A man from the 11000 block of Norager Way called the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday reporting that his roommate had locked him out a room where he kept his paperwork and wouldn’t let him in.

Later, a person from the 400 block of Nimrod Street called the Nevada City Police Department at 4:42 p.m. reporting some transients were drinking by the creek in Pioneer Park and allowing their dogs to chase some juvenile soccer players.

At 5:05 p.m., a caller from Highway 49 reported a large group of people playing football in the traffic lanes.
