Items from the Police Blotter

The Nevada County Sheriff’s Office got a call at 9:33 a.m. Thursday from a woman on the 500 block of Nimrod Street who reported that her husband stole her Vicodin.

At 5:19 a.m., a two-car crash at Brunswick Road and Sutton Way produced no injuries.

At 8 a.m. today, a woman called the Grass Valley Police Department and reported a reckless driver on Sutton Way who got out of a vehicle and went into a business. She said she would continue calling in reckless drivers and following them until the police department does something about them. About 30 minutes later, the driver called and reported the woman caller was following his vehicle in a threatening manner.
