Items from the Police Blotter

A person from the 10000 block of Quail Creek Road called the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office at 9:51 a.m. Wednesday reporting the theft of a generator, chain saws and gas cans.

Later, at 12:15 p.m., a Caltrans worker from Sweetland Road reported a woman yelling at the Caltrans crew and walking in and out of the traffic.

At 10:08 p.m., a caller from the 15000 block of Indian Springs Road reported several juveniles trespassing on the caller’s property. The caller wanted officers to come by and shine a spotlight to scare them away.
