How to confront people with love and honesty

Twin Cities Church continues its message series, “All You Need Is Love,” when the Rev. David Carothers delivers “Love is Honest” Sunday about how to confront people in love.

Celebrate Recovery meets every Sunday (except May 19) from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Grass Valley Veterans Memorial Building. The meetings include table discussions, music, testimonies, coffee and dessert.

At the Student Ministry Sunday, the Rev. Joe Taylor will talk about how to prepare for a fresh start. The new pastor of student ministries, Ed Perez, will begin work May 15.

There will be a 12-hour Prayer Encounter from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 11 at the church property on the corner of Ridge Road and Rough and Ready Highway.

Twin Cities meets Sunday mornings at the veterans hall, 255 S. Auburn St., Grass Valley, at 9 and 11 a.m. There are children and junior high classes at both services; high school students meet at 11 a.m.
