Hospice helpers know their stuff

Pat Hayes and other Volunteers of Friends of Hospice stuff envelopes at the Sierra Presbyterian Church in Nevada City for the Let’s “Pave the Way” campaign to raise money for the new Hospice Home and Facility on Rough & Ready Highway. People donate $100 a brick for the sidewalks around the building. Dozens of volunteers are saving the hospice about $1,000 in doing the work – they’re stuffing and stamping 25,000 envelopes.
